Here’s what my Cadillac should look like

…and will look like if I live long enough

Original Color Scheme

Although the car in this picture is a 1955 Coupe DeVille this was the original color scheme of my Cadillac Limousine. A very light gray on the bottom and dark gray on the top – Atlantic Gray Poly over Alabaster Gray.

The previous owner probably didn’t want to deal with a 2-tone paint job. He may have also not realized the light gray color wasn’t white. Inside the engine compartment is the original paint which looks quite white in daylight.

Or maybe he just wanted a white limo!

Original Interior

The original interior is a two tone gray. Here where you see the brown would have been a darker gray, including window frames and the rear dash that wraps around to the doors. The carpet was originally the lighter gray you see on the bottom of the door panel and jump seats when folded up.

To compare with my car as purchased, take a look at the My Limo as Purchased menu item again. Below is the kind of stuff you see on that page.
